Keiko tells the story of an exceptionally beautiful woman who manages to overcome the unique challenges she faced growing up as an only child in Japan. Fate lends a hand to her dream of living in America, only for something shocking to destroy that dream. It also tells the story of Bruce - an intelligent but lonely man entering the latter half of his life. They would be two people that would never have expected to meet one another and end up confronting a truth that had been withheld for a lifetime.
