This Affirmations Journal was inspired by Author and Grief Life Coach, Angie McDonald as a result of personal life experiences. Widowed at age 28 with two young children, she had to learn ways to process, navigate and explore ways to heal from the loss of her husband, home and business. These affirmations were inspired from revelations she experienced while intentionally making herself available to heal, grow and discover. Having served thousands of individuals, whether it was through her one-on-one coaching assignments, her many speaking engagements, radio and podcast shows, organizational workshop presentations, or multiple written bodies of work in literary compilations or blogs, she has tirelessly expressed the need to heal life's wounds with intentional forgiveness of self, circumstances, and others.
