Within this book lies two parallel stories. The first chronicles the journey of how a celestial star is born using gorgeous, astrophotography images. The second is about the power that our attitudes and choices hold, especially during challenging moments. It is the real-life story of how The STAR Center in Jackson, Tennessee was formed, when two parents took the tragedy of their children's blindness and created a place of hope and technological solutions for people with special needs. These two journeys share a variety of commonalities and separately are the source of great inspiration for many. It is this author's deepest wish that by combining the magic of the stars with the passion of the human spirit, that our young generation will be inspired to explore their truest inner nature and express the best version of themselves. Half of the net proceeds of this book are donated to STAR's endowment fund to help ensure the long-term sustainability of their life-changing services
