When I began my journey of consciousness over 10 years ago, the plethora of information overwhelmed me. Some of it was spooky, some went straight over my head, and some just confused me. I decided to put together some of the most important aspects of this vast topic and explain them in a simple and relatable way. I get straight to the point, because I want you to get the message without all the extra information that may create confusion or discouragement (not that some of those things may not be important).
