Fight For Survival
Robert Harland Paine
Jack Wilson has arrived in Haven and has decided to rebuild his uncle's cabin, which burned down suspiciously and allegedly caused his uncle's death. However, unknown to Jack, there lives in the small valley above the cabin site, a clan of Sasquatch whose existence has never been confirmed, despite footprints, hair samples, and numerous sightings. They are few in number, and their survival is again threatened by humans who intend to develop their valley. Their one hope of continued survival depends upon establishing a trusting relationship with the human who has arrived outside their domain; a relationship that has occurred only once before.
