Sometimes, it's just a matter of perspective... Up and down my Social Media timeline, there were claims of Sexual Harassment. This was nothing new, really, as a woman, sexual harassment is something I have experienced, too many times. But the Sexual Harassment claims were being made against many men of power, in the entertainment industry...and sometimes when that happens, it seems to make many of us feel uncomfortable...like someone has tried to steal Jesus from them. lol Everyone was sharing the stories and, of course, making their own comments and claims about Sexual Harassment. But what struck a chord with me was this, someone (I don't remember who they were, specifically) said that with all the Sexual Harassment claims...he felt afraid to say "Hello," to women at work. My first reaction was outrage. Then I thought about it... How many people really don't know what Sexual Harassment is? So, I made a post on FaceBook... And the post simply said... "I think most people do not know what Sexual Harassment is..." As people began to comment on my post...we made a decision... This should be a book!!! We had to preserve the conversation. It was an important one. This and conversations, similar, are important...we have to verbally communicate what our thoughts are. What one person sees as sexual harassment, another could possibly consider to be, "Playing hard to get." Within this creation, you will find the type of real conversations...that we need to start having... We hope you enjoy it.
