It's not as if Ursula hasn't learned from her mistakes. It's been fifteen years since she was last in charge of Hollyfield Stables and the business has gone from strength to strength. Surely, she can be trusted to run the riding school for six weeks while her stepdaughter, Ella, goes to Paris with her film-maker husband, for the summer?
