Orange County, California, May 2005 Working at a movie theater, Alexa hoped the craziness of the premiere of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith and her strange encounter with a man in a cowboy outfit was behind her. When the "cowboy" finds at her local book store, introduces himself as Clinton Reynolds, and tells her he is a time traveler, she knew the craziness was far from over. Only...she didn't know how far from over it truly was. Eager to show her, Clinton whisks her away to Ancient Greece where they stumble upon their first adventure together: stopping an overlord from conquering the peaceful kingdom of Hyperesia.
