Snail Tales from the Crook is about a family of snails who live in the garden. Sammy's Adventure tells of one little snail who didn't want to sleep in the shade with his family but instead went on an adventure in the forest. On his journey, he races a slug, meets a friendly ladybird and talks to a cheery frog. Then he has to hide from a hungry thrush, out looking for a tasty snail to eat! Sammy realises that this adventure might be too scary for him and perhaps he should have stayed home with his family. Will Sammy find his way home before the thrush finds him?
