As well, there are also some things about Australia that are absolutely brilliant: affordable health care, affordable higher education, intelligent gun laws, preferential voting, ABC Classic FM, .... As well, there are some factors about either country that are far less brilliant. Having spent over 25 years living in the States, and over 35 years living in Oz, Bob Faser has some strong (and occasionally funny) opinions about both countries.
