Spoon usually tries to help by mediating and brainstorming with his new found friends, and then uses his Magical Turntable "One and Two" to play songs with infections chants to reinforce and teach the lessons learned from the ordeal that his new found friends encountered. When Spoon uses his turntables to "scratch the record" extraordinary powers are disbursed, and the right solution to the problems immediately follows. His dog, Missy carries a saddle bag of records on her back, with records, songs and beats that her owner DJ Spoon summons, when it is time to solve the problem at hand. Once the problem is solved, then it it's on to the next community to help the kids there with a new problem. Some of the issues that DJ Spoon and Missy will help solve are: Bullying, Homework, Drugs, Nutrition, Respect, Cultural Differences etc...
