In the booklet, there are three short stories, designed for middle grade readers who enjoy thrilling or chilling adventures. Stories are free from any gratuitous violence or sexuality, and are appropriate for ages 9 and up. At the end, there is an attached activity booklet that asks the reader to identify the main idea of each story, recall information, make inferences, and examine vocabulary. Each story has its own set of questions. The answers are included.
