Paul Fenwick is an anointed preacher and teacher of the Word of God. His central theme is to encourage every believer to achieve their highest potential in God by becoming Breakthrough Believers, Apostolic Pioneers, and Kingdom Ambassadors. He is the spiritual father of Byker City Fellowship international, whose primary comission is to live out the Isaiah 42:6-7 mandate:
