Everybody has to work in recruitment at some point in their life - even if it's only to find a job. Mitch Sullivan has experienced recruitment from a number of different perspectives - not least those of a hiring manager and a job seeker. He's spent nearly 30 years in the industry - in agencies, in large corporates and as a recruitment copywriter.
