What is this volume 1 about?
It was about time we talked about her own happiness and a little less about what was expected of her on a daily basis. By telling her how I experienced my first consciousness experience, she will be able to see what she is really experiencing and to observe her thoughts, feelings and emotions clearly.

By using examples from her daily life, I show her how to listen to her 3 voices. Like a seed that germinates little by little, she will be able to take her first steps towards the experience of her own consciousness.

In order for her to discover this inner mechanism, I gave her examples.
I describe to her what I call "the stop" so that she can feel on vacation anywhere and at any time. Very practical and inexpensive, this is a way to let go of the obligations we put on ourselves. And because she doesn't want to stay still to meditate, I also tell her about my inner journey while shopping at the supermarket. Which I do regularly. It's an inner state of mind where the place doesn't matter and the time you spend on it is therefore almost infinite.
