It is recalled that the economy and population growth are not going parallel in most developing countries and it leads to have high unemployment rate in urban dwellers. Insecurity, social chaos, instability of politics and migration are the major symptoms of unemployment. The sector has a problem of instability for the workers hired, and the strategy they implementing is discouraging. The public sector becomes unable to create more jobs, and hence supporting the private sector should be indispensable. In countries, Small and Micro Enterprises has got a great emphasis due to high unemployment rate and their absorption of high labour in the market. Conducive business environment for enterprises and multi-direction support in finance, training, land provision, promotion and linkage with large and medium scale enterprises should be considered and improved to create more jobs.
