Analysis of Farmers'participation in Local Seed Production: the Case of Womberma and Guagusa Shekudad Woredas of Amhara National Regional State Mesay Yami

The study on factors that determine farmers' involvement in seed multiplication schemes help to design policies and strategies that are aimed at increasing the participation of farmer in the seed sector. So, this study has policy implication for the regional policy makers with regard to creating conducive environment for local seed multiplication in particular and for formulating national policies and strategies in general. Besides, it would be a useful reference for researchers and other personnel interested in the area of study.
