Contributor Bio:  Hartmann, Sven Sven Hartmann, M. Sc., wurde 1985 in Zwickau geboren. Sein Studium der Wirtschafts- und Organisationswissenschaften an der Universitat der Bundeswehr in Munchen schloss der Autor im Jahre 2011 mit dem akademischen Grad Master of Science erfolgreich ab. Wahrend er bereits in seinen beruflichen Aufgaben als angehender Offizier der Luftwaffe wertvolle, praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Fuhrung sammelte, erganzte der Autor diese mit den akademischen Erkenntnissen am Lehrstuhl fur International Management wahrend seines Studiums sowie in zahlreichen Projekten zusehends. Sein funfjahriger Auslandsaufenthalt in Brasilien motivierte ihn zusatzlich den Mensch als Mittelpunkt von Fuhrung zu begreifen und aus diversen Perspektiven zu beleuchten. Mit der Inspiration der Musterbrecher sowie den Erkenntnissen im Management entschloss der Autor sich schliesslich, eine interdisziplinare Arbeit auf jenem Gebiet zu verfassen.
