The classical thermodynamics with its basic first and second laws, as well as the statistical physics adjoining them directly, lies nowadays in the foundation of the whole physical theory, and consequently, in the foundation of the world?s science in general. Meanwhile, we intend to demonstrate here that some of these fundamental elements ? are in many aspects erroneous statements based on the wrong logical interpretation of some particular natural phenomena.
