The role of Educational Management in meeting the challenges of the 21st century Nigeria and World-Over cannot be over-emphasized. Anticipatingly, the much needed revolution in education is vested in efficient and effective educational management. This is one of the reasons which prompted the writer to put up a text of this nature and magnitude.
