The aim of this project was to study the structure of the neurosecretory system of Albunea Symmista with special reference to the localisation of the Crustacean hyperglycemic hormone. Eyes are completely obliterated in Albunea symmista and neural elements of eye are incoprated in the brain. It will give wide knowledge to the young blood regarding research on endocrinology and Immunocytochemistry. Binding of specific antibody to the target protein namely CHH is possible because of Orconectus antibody
