In this monograph legal aspects of making of foundations of western model of state system are considered beginning whis Ancient Rome on the territory of former Western Roman Empire, England, France, Germany, Latin America and the USA. Through historical and legal material some regularities are dispayed which recur in time and in all the studies countries. The fist regularity is securing landownership.
