Quality management system is getting much attention to many organizations and nursing education is non excusat to this call. The proposed QMS Model aims to strengthen the standards of nursing education institutions towards better performance measures: school effectiveness, organizational success and workforce sense of involvement, community participation and quality programs. This can only be realized by upholding the spirit of innovation, overhauling traditional pedagogies to reform the way the nursing workforce is educated and sustaining the philosophy of quality and excellence. This strategic initiative perpetuates the context of nursing in the Philippines to continuously transcend as instrument in the deliverance of quality nursing education both at national and international academic community.
