In today?s world of cutthroat competition,corporate growth is an ambiguous phenomena and it can be measured and interpreted in a variety of different ways. Corporate growth reflects the degree of success achieved in terms of stated objectives and as the objectives differ widely so does the concept of growth. As per U. S. Department of Commerce,growth provides a summary measure of corporate success or failure and thus serves as an essential indicator of economic performance.
