Injuries in Sports: a Study of Sports Injuries of Hockey and Football Manoj Armarkar

Research investigates the sport injuries occur suddenly to soft tissue like skin, muscle, ligaments, tendons, organs, blood vessels and nerves. There are several different types of acute soft tissue injuries. Chronic injuries to the muscles, tenders and braises are came by repeated blows, overstretching for overuse. These injuries typically occur in athletes who are weak and inflexible or who exercise excessively.. Present study were 25 men players of football and 25 men players of Hockey who participate in inter collegiate tournament of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. The results of the research would helpful to prevent the injuries occurs in the sports. This research is also helpful to the researchers, faculty members and players.
