Non-Head organization which has been discussting in this book about it ,the first idea this has been taken from colony ant's group behavior. Because of ant's do they work in their society without leader as well, we try to simulation this behavior in human's society by adding two level on Maslow's pyramid. So they reach the lates level of personality to have successful work without manager or supervisor.
