This book is an adventure, a journey into the research world of 21st Century Digital Information Literacy and undergraduate students. The purpose of the research was to determine if the provision of information literacy instruction embedded in an online search tool would prove an effective teaching aid. Victoria conceived, designed and built an online core concept search tool named Rootza. The tool provided subject core concepts and informed on the six steps of information seeking and, what elements determine authoritative material as being suitable for academic citation. An experiment was conducted at the University of Canberra with undergraduate students and the research achieved it's goal and the results were positive.
