This article will make a deeper study of the Civil Aviation industry which is the one of the fastest growing arm of India?s transport infrastructure and that it plays an increasingly important role in providing connectivity. It will also try to analyze that there are a large number of complexities involved in this area of infrastructure law due to the large number of governmental regulations which are required to be complied with along with keeping the interest of the passengers in mind. There is an urgent need for India to have world-class gateway Airports providing aviation services and passenger/cargo facilities of global standards, in a safe and secure environment.
