Information Communication Technology is key in enhancing education in both developed and developing countries. The major issue is not the availability of ICT facilities but the extent of utilization and implementation in Teaching and learning. It is important to consider the major variables that influence ICT implementation. It is a major concern to determine the teachers' demographic variables and the effect on implementation of ICT in one of the fastest growing economy in developing country. Kenya represent a context in developing country and this would add value in the body of knowledge especially for comparative studies.
