Taking into consideration, high prevalence of under nutrition in children from various national surveys, this study has been undertaken by the author to know the health status of school children, in terms of immunization status and nutritional morbidity of school children from Deoli block of Wardha district, which has been situated in the central part of India. Author has tried to find out immunization status of children, to identify common health morbidities, knowledge of children for various health promotion activities. Based on findings author suggested recommendations to the population on study.
