Experiences show that during recent decades most of the countries have been using the economic liberalization policies and promotion of private sector to improve their economic status and achieve prosperity . On the other hand, all countries that have followed the above mentioned two approaches, in fact have active and dynamic chambers of commerce. Widespread activities of private sector in these countries lead to increase competition, decrease the production costs and finished prices, increase products quality and finally increase exports to other countries.
