Oral submucous fibrosis is a precancerous condition associated with the use of betel quid. This dessertation covers review of treatment modalities of Oral submucous fibrosis . The aim of this study is to compare the treatment outcome of Oral submucous fibrosis patients treated with pedicled buccal pad fat graft and contact diode lasers. A newer method of treatment was carried out on number of patients by using Diode lasers for transecction of fibrous bands under Local Anaesthesia and satisfactroy results were achieved.
