Workteam Interaction: Roles of Psychological Factors Olukayode Afolabi
Workteam Interaction: Roles of Psychological Factors
Olukayode Afolabi
With an increasing use of work teams in organisations, relatively little is known about how the individuals comprising the team affect intragroup processes and outcomes. Many seem to use work teams without taking the personal characteristics of the team members into consideration as to whether or not it will favour the practice in terms of its viability and level of interaction. This book has looked into all these loopholes and has proffered solutions. It has also made useful recommendations that will assist individuals, organisations, personnel officers/departments including social, industrial and management consultants on how to deal with many problems associated with teams. Therefore, I cannot imagine a better text in that this has something new for everyone involved in the study and management of people both as individuals and team members.
