This book observations have thrown light on different aspects related to Corporate democracy and prevention of oppression and mismanagement in a company. Keeping in the view the Lego-economic nature of problem, the scope of this work is so wide that it touches the whole world economy, the corporate sector and oppression and mismanagement. But the author is constrained to limit the study to certain important area i.e. striking a balance between Corporate democracy and prevention of oppression and mismanagement. It is clear that there is need of new company laws and need to make some amendments in other subordinating laws, which deal with the role of Corporate democracy and the problem of oppression and mismanagement in a company.
