With the advent of Information Technology and the advancement in ICT, this has been made possible whereby students in the remote areas can have access to libraries? collection at any time. Electronic collection of the library should be accessible to its users where all the necessary conditions and environments are at stake. Optimization and management of the available resources to the distance learners of the OUT need a close attention. There is a need to impart information literacy skills to students which help them optimize the available e-resources of the library at any point with Internet connectivity.
