In this information era, the skill to speak English as the most used international language is essential. Non-English speaking people are struggling to learn English and are continuously looking for methods to improve their skill. Independent study provides one of the most effective ways in learning, maintaining and improving the skills of speaking, writing, reading and listening in English. This book presents an overview on how the spirit of independent study in one of the leading university in Indonesia is created, maintained and supported.
