Biogas Generation from Leftover Foods of Bahir Dar University Solomon Libsu

Organic substances decompose under anaerobic condition to yield biogas. This work presents results of the study on biogas generation from leftover food materials. Now a day generation of biogas as an alternative and viable source of energy for household consumption plays a significant role in the development of the country. In our real world production of biogas is important for energy generation, environmental protection and production of fertilizer.
