An Assessment of Behavior Change of Former Prisoners Brian Tumushabe

There has been a problem of imprisoning people over and aver again for similar crimes . This has evident in Uganda and in most other countries around the world. This book shows why prisoners don't reform and offers solutions towards reforming former inmates to be good people in the society and be more useful and constructive than they were before they were convicted and imprisoned. Solutions have been suggested which include; Giving prisoners counseling in prison and after prison, Providing holistic and wide rehabilitation services. More of these have been discussed in this book.
