As a result of a decrease in productivity as well as high rates of labour turnover ,organisations embarked on Training and Development programmes to upgrade the skills of the employees as well as motivating them. Currently training and development programmes are prevalent in most of the organisations and this has resulted in increasing of the perfomance of the employees as well as increasing Productivity.
