Dalit was the origin of modern superiority in the developing countries, most of which had been colonies in the recent past. A question is raised among all of them like: who is Dalit? The answer is: all women, sc, st, minority, tribal community in respect of area/space of Dalit social prestige, economic condition, educational status, religious, professionally, politically. Again another thinking is nourished among people i. E. How generally people identify the Dalit person? The answer is: by colour, by surname/title, by colonization, by gender, by age, by economic and education, cultural status, by feudalistic attitude, by heredity, region in respect of accessibility, and rules of legislative assembly/parliament of government. How the people become Dalit? When sc are suppressed by st/sc/general/obc/other, or st are suppressed by st/ general/obc/sc/ other, or concealed of any people/person by socially, educationally and economically uplifted any/community of sc/st/general/women/obc. Are the women of upper caste became/consider as a Dalit? Yes. How? When a woman of upper caste is suppressing /is being suppressed by any people of any caste.
