Perception of School Environment: Perception of School Environment by Ix Standard Pupils in Kurnool District Murathoti Rajendra Nath Babu

The present school environment inventory (SEI) is an instrument designed to measure the psycho-social climate of schools as perceived by the pupils. It provides a measure of the quality and quantity of the cognitive, emotional and social support that has been available to the students during their school life in terms of teacher-pupil interactions. The present study reveals perception of IX standard pupils is found to have extremely stable level of school environment in Kurnool District. Significant is found between the school environment of boys & girls, rural and urban, Telugu and English medium Government, Private and Residential.
