Everyone has his/her own choice to decide his/her future. Motivation has an important role in this term. Deciding to be a part of education world consciously will give different impact than entering it with external motivation. This profession demands teacher to be a good model. As Delors stated in Lingam (2004) ?Teachers have a crucial role to play in preparing young people not only to face the future with confidence but also to build it with purpose and responsibility?. Evidence demonstrates that those who want to join the teaching profession have the desire to provide service for young people and this is regarded as the most valuable quality for teacher (Sears et al, 1994: 43). Since the previous study found that one?s motivation to enter teaching profession could predict his/her quality in educational world in the future, then the writer tried to put demographic of the respondents to correlate it with their background. The data that was collected then classified based on their motivation tendency and found out whether those aspects influence or not.
