It of lactation and unwanted culling of dairy buffaloes one of the most important reasons for termination. Mastitis namely, clinical and subclinical, is an economically damaging disease of the dairy industry, which causes physical, chemical and bacteriological alteration in the milk and blood along with morphopathological changes in the mammary gland. The causes of mastitis involve a complex relationship of three major factors, that are: host resistance, bacterial agents and the environmental factors.
