"Ladies Lavatories in Public Place and Unorganized Women Worker" is a academic research project which has been done to get a degree of Social Work. This book is the outcome of the research project which held in solapur city. Unavailability of ladies lavatories in the public place is the main cause of occurring this subject to study. It's a very neglected issue in Indian Society. Women is the secondary sex in the India ,so there basic problem and needs also secondary. I could not found Lavatories to women in public places which should be there. So I thought that if for women physical need is not fulfilling then what would be happened regarding the unorganized women worker who works nearly 8 to 12 hrs out of the house? I was shocked after it's finding which was so horrible to accept. This research also put-forth the undeniable truth about the women which is the proof of Indian patriarchy culture. This book will be useful to the academician, Researcher, Politician, Policymaker, Student, Social Thinker and for those who want to work on the same problem in there own area. It also helpful to understand the importance of this issue and guide to make some strategies to overcome.
