One of the main problems for educators of higher educational institutions lies in contemporary fast changing environment, resulting with lack of relevant information on necessary knowledge and skills that can increase employability of their students. In research for solution this book proposes 3 stage model that can help educators to overcome time gap between knowledge and skills they deliver and those needed by potential employers. In this book all the stages are presented from research to implementation. By giving educators stronger responsibility role in creation of study programs this book also analyzes their capacity to accept and deal with this role. Employability and competitiveness on labor market for the students has to be main goal and in order to make it realistic educators have to create curriculum with skills and knowledge that can assure achievement of this goal.
