Agricultural Extension Service is a necessary catalyst needed to propagate the beautiful results of other sectors of Agricultural Production. As a technology transfer service it provides a link between research and farmers thereby balancing theoretical agricultural innovation with implementation practices. Despite it's importance, very little emphasis is placed on it and that has created great limitation on the application of newly developed agricultural technology emanating from research to the farm families. The mapping of agricultural development project extension zones, using geographical information tool is therefore a panacea as it deploys the services of information in marketing the activities of agricultural researches to the farmers through a well tailored extension service delivery which is a sine-qua none in the 21st century.
