Milk is a bio chemical complex which appears to be the only material to function as a source of complete food. It provides high quality of nutrients required for growth and health. It is consumed by people of all age group. Consumers certainly need whole some, clean and nutritious milk free from pathogens to maintain their health. Through this work, author tried to assess the quality of fresh milk available for consumers in Quetta, Pakistan.
