Investigation of the Management styles used by the organization and to determine how it has affected the organizational performance. The presentation of the data has shown that most of the respondents were male while the female were few. In the circumstances the age bracket comprised of ages 20 above 51 years of age. The study revealed that 22% rated the effect of participatory type of management on the organizational performance as being not effective.
