Inflammatory Bowel Diseases and the Skin: a Monography Offidani Annamaria

This monography focuses on the skin manifestation of the inflammatory bowel diseases. Although two different organs, the skin and the bowel meet each other sharing some inflammatory physio-pathogenetic processes leading to clinical manifestations. The skin involvement could represent the first sign of a hide IBD. Thus,it is important to know and to early recognize cutaneous suspicious elements to start a multidisciplianry diagnostic-therapeutic approach.
