Tramp Species of Ants from Jammu-kashmir Himalaya Yash P. Sharma

This book is the first attempt to cataloguing the tramp species of Ants from Indian subcontinent with input from Jammu-Kashmir Himalaya, which is already listed as fragile. First attempt have been made to unearth the diversity of Ant species from this region of North-west Himalaya after Bingham 1903. During the study 144 species has been reported from 500 meters to 4000 meters above mean sea level. Check list of the total ant species recorded from Jammu and Kashmir has been given along with high resolution images of the tramp species for identification purpose. Generic distribution along with maps has also been provided.
